It was a dream, and it became reality...

Dreams imagined many years ago while serving our country have today grown into a strong industrial enterprise. The journey that began with the meeting of the ÖZÇELİK and PAŞALAK families in 1987 developed into a powerful organization following the establishment of our company in 1993, producing iron, special-quality steel and elevator guide rails for Türkiye’s economy and construction industry.

Starting from zero, ÇELİKRAY has succeeded in establishing itself among Türkiye’s major industrial enterprises. Through our investments, continuously developing production infrastructure and decades of experience, our goal has always been to move forward and further strengthen our position among Türkiye’s leading industrial companies.

As brothers who came together in 1993 and continue our partnership today, we consider the period until 2001, marked by high inflation and interest rates in Türkiye, as our apprenticeship years. The stable development period between 2002 and 2009 became our journeyman stage, while the years from 2010 to 2020 represented a period of mastery in which we transformed the knowledge and experience accumulated over the years into greater production capability.

Today, ÇELİKRAY continues to contribute to our country’s economy and social development with a workforce of nearly 500 employees, strong export potential, production capacity and the added value it creates.

We see the coming period as a stage of maturity and an opportunity to leave a strong legacy for the future. One of our most important objectives is to enable the second generation to carry this productive, employment-generating and value-creating organization even further. As today’s stakeholders, we continue working to establish a strong and sustainable system that will allow the dreams we built from the ground up to continue for generations and to make ÇELİKRAY a global brand together.

When we began this journey, there was one fundamental principle in which we all believed: preserving a structure based on mutual trust, brotherhood and collective wisdom under all circumstances. As partners and brothers, we have never forgotten this principle. We expect the new generation of entrepreneurs to share the same dreams, work toward the same goals, never surrender to hopelessness and carry forward a culture that takes pride in producing and creating value.

Economic crises, global fluctuations, pandemics such as Covid-19 and other challenges affecting commercial life have always existed and may continue to arise. Yet we believe that our young people have the potential to succeed when they truly believe in their goals. Through hard work, production and determination, everyone has the opportunity to create a lasting story.
